IIG Kidz is proud to be a Child Safe Organisation.

At all levels of our organization, governance, and culture, we have incorporated practices that prioritize the safety of children. Our primary focus at Guardian is to ensure child safety, and we believe that every child deserves to feel secure, happy, and empowered. We demonstrate our commitment by supporting and respecting children, as well as team members and volunteers. We prioritize the safety, participation, and empowerment of all children in everything we do.

We recognize that children and young people thrive when they feel secure and connected in their family, community, and culture. Our goal is to create environments that foster safety and security for all children, including those who are vulnerable or come from diverse backgrounds. We strive to ensure that every child's voice is heard, and their opinions are taken into account when making decisions that impact their lives.

At IIG Kidz we :

• Actively work to listen to and empower children
• Will take all allegations and concerns seriously and respond to allegations consistently in line with our policies and procedures and Child Protection Law and National Regulations
• Are committed to engage the most suitable and appropriate people to work with children
• Are committed to ensuring that volunteers and all team members have ongoing supervision, support and training so that their performance is developed and enhanced to help protect all children from abuse
• Have zero tolerance for child abuse and neglectm

We adopt, meet and exceed all Child Safe Standards that have been adopted and legislated by the State of Odisha.
